How many haunted trails are there?

Warehouse 31 consists of three newly designed trails. We have revamped Rigamortis with more gore and more scare and are introducing 3-D Clown Nightmare and all new The Eternal Abyss.

When are you open?

Warehouse 31 will reopen September 30, 2011. Please visits our Calendar for dates and times.

What time do you open/close?

The box office will open at 6pm on Warehouse 31 open days. Roadkill Café will also open at 6pm. All three haunted trails, Rigamortis, The Eternal Abyss, and 3-D Clown Nightmare, will open at sundown. The box office closes at 11pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends.

How can I get the Freaky Photos taken at Warehouse 31?

Can I wear a costume to Warehouse 31?

Absolutely. However, for your safety we ask that you do not wear any masks, nor bring any "props" that you need to carry (such as a knives, canes, etc.) In addition, keep in mind that whatever you wear should be easy to move in and there is no place to "store" the costume when you go through one of the haunts.

How big is Warehouse 31?

Warehouse 31 is 18,000 square feet of blood-curtiling terror, with three horrific trails this year.

Will the monsters grab me/touch me/hurt me?

No. We are a "non-contact" haunted attraction, which means our monsters are told not to touch guests.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets may be purchased in advance through TicketWeb or at Warehouse 31 at the box office. Visit our Ticket Section for more ticket information, including Group Ticket Sales.

What happens if I touch/hit a creature?

There is security personnel throughout the warehouse that will be notified of your actions. Depending on the severity, you will be removed from the warehouse. Please keep your hands to yourself.

Where do I park?

Plenty of parking is adjacent to Warehouse 31. The cost is $3 per car on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ­ cash only.

Do you take credit cards?

The box office accepts credit cards. Vendors (food, drink, merchandise) only accept cash. There will be ATMs on-site. Credit cards may also be used to purchase advance tickets through TicketWeb.

What is the usual wait in line?

Depends on several factors including the time and the day. The least amount of waiting time is on weekdays (Sun-Wed) or any day before 8 PM. Be advised the wait time is much longer on Friday and Saturday night, so beat the line and get to Warehouse 31 early in the evening and pre-purchase tickets online.

Is there an age limit?

No. Enter at your own risk. No refunds.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at the Roadkill Café. Beer is available for purchase with for those who are 21 with a valid ID.

How much does it cost?

Can I Bring A Camera, Tape-Recorder, Camcorder?

Sorry, no. It is our policy to confiscate all recording equipment before taking a tour through Warehouse 31. No exceptions. Best to leave it at home.

What if it rains?

Both haunted trails are completely indoors. The Roadkill Café is outdoors.

Is Warehouse 31 wheelchair accessible?

Yes, although some parts of the trail do include very tight passageways.

Should someone who is pregnant go through?

It is not recommended, but we leave it up to you.

Do you use Smoke Machines and Strobes?

Yep.. And lasers, blacklights, hundreds of speakers, surround sound systems and more!

How do I get to work at Warehouse 31?

Visit our employment area to sign up and you will be notified about auditions.

Are there any other rules I need to know about?

  • No outside food or beverage
  • No bottles or cans
  • No weapons or firearms
  • No illegal substances
  • No laser pointers, beach balls, frisbees etc
  • Smoking NOT allowed inside the Warehouse.
  • There is a designated smoking area outside the building.
