WARNING AND DISCLAIMER!

Warehouse31 reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You’ll experience intense audio and lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, and a physically demanding environment. You should not participate if you’re pregnant, have claustrophobia, prone to seizures, and have heart or respiratory problems. You’ll not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or if you threaten to touch an actor or crew member. Security will also remove you from the attraction if you touch an actor or any prop/set piece. Absolutely no flash photography or videography allowed inside the attraction. There are no refunds! Enter at your own risk!

Safety and Accessibility

Is there an age limit?

We very much design the attraction to scare adults, so parental discretion is advised. We do not recommend that children under 13 go through without a parent or guardian. Remember, there are no refunds. If you’ve purchased a ticket and you or your child realizes you’re too scared to continue even while waiting in line, then we’ve already accomplished our job, albeit sooner than expected.

Is Warehouse31 wheelchair accessible?

Should someone who is pregnant go through?

Warehouse 31 uses strobe lights, loud noises, fog, tight spaces, and in some cases, no lights at all. Women who are pregnant and individuals who suffer from heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, seizures, light sensitivity, claustrophobia, or any other health condition that the special effects could aggravate should consider this warning before purchasing a ticket. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the attraction or around the building, including the parking areas. Purchase of a ticket to this attraction is considered acknowledgment of these warnings as well as the assumption of any and all risks associated with entering this attraction. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after you purchase a ticket, even if you do not enter the attraction
