Warehouse31 reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You’ll experience intense audio and lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, and a physically demanding environment. You should not participate if you’re pregnant, have claustrophobia, prone to seizures, and have heart or respiratory problems. You’ll not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or if you threaten to touch an actor or crew member. Security will also remove you from the attraction if you touch an actor or any prop/set piece. Absolutely no flash photography or videography allowed inside the attraction. There are no refunds! Enter at your own risk!

The box office will be open at 6:30 pm on Warehouse31 open days. The monster midway will also open at 6:30 pm we will start sending guests through the attraction at approximately 7:00 pm.

Absolutely. However, for your safety we ask that you do not wear any masks, nor bring any “props” that you need to carry (such as a knives, canes, etc.) In addition, keep in mind that whatever you wear should be easy to move in and there is no place to “store” the costume when you go through one of the attractions.
No you will not be touched, Warehouse31 is a no contact haunt. Of course, in dark spaces accidents can and sometimes do happen, but we try our best not to touch you.
All attractions of Warehouse 31 are located indoors and twist and turn through nearly 30,000 square feet.
We very much design the attraction to scare adults, so parental discretion is advised. We do not recommend children under 13 go through without a parent or guardian. Remember, there are no refunds. If you’ve purchased a ticket and you or your child realize you’re too scared to continue even while waiting in line, then we’ve already accomplished our job, albeit sooner than expected.
Yes, you can buy tickets onsite, as well as online. The box office opens at 6:30pm and closes at the end time for that night, depending on the night. Our ticket page has all that information and more.
As long as you have already purchased your ticket and you are ON SITE prior to closing time, then we will stay open until everyone has gone through the attractions. If you purchased your ticket online you MUST arrive prior to the box office closing to check in.
There is no charge for parking. You’ll park in the large lot on our property
We do not allow recording of photography of any kind inside the attractions. However, you are more than welcome to take pictures and selfies while you wait or in the monster midway. We offer a professional picture that you can purchase at the end of your journey.
All Warehouse31 haunted attractions are located indoors and we even have an indoor waiting area to keep you dry in the event of rain.
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible.
Warehouse 31 uses strobe lights, loud noises, fog, tight spaces, and in some cases no lights at all. Women who are pregnant and individuals who suffer from heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, seizures, light sensitivity, claustrophobia, or any other health condition that could be aggravated by the special effects should consider this warning before purchasing a ticket. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the attraction or around the building, including the parking areas. Purchase of a ticket to this attraction is considered acknowledgment of these warnings as well as the assumption of any and all risks associated with entering this attraction. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after you purchase a ticket, even if you do not enter the attraction.
